installation on any type of vessel, and the controls are separate from the main structure to provide better protection against sea salt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special coating for marine environments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The painting process consists of two layers of epoxy paint with a thickness of 40\/50 microns, followed by two layers of enamel, and is completed with a layer of polyurethane with a thickness of 60\/80 microns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The main crane shafts have undergone chemical nickel plating with a thickness of 50 \u03bcm and chrome plating with a thickness of 100 \u03bcm, while the extension shafts have undergone special double chrome plating. Internally, the rotation cylinders have also received a double layer of chrome plating.
